In addition to triggering the risk of type 2 diabetes, 40 percent of respondents who had been accustomed to nap are at risk for high blood pressure. Other risks also arise as well as high cholesterol. In fact, such risk only occurs in 33 percent and 19 percent of respondents who are not accustomed to nap.
